How To Lose Fat Fast

The reasons why most people miss the mark and FAIL in just about any weight loss program they try.
They start out with the right and best intentions, but fail to see results after a couple of weeks and then they move on to the next “weightless program.”
The average time span of most weight loss programs are less than 30 days. Not more than a month. The average dieter quits and moves on to the next program that catches their eye.

More and more you push and momentum begins to build. You are no longer pushing as hard as you were and yet it still moves along.
In fact, for brief periods of time you can actually stop pushing and yet it continues to move forward!
It’s just a matter of being consistent. Don’t give up and turn your back on your efforts because it didn’t move quickly enough… you haven’t been pushing long enough!
Remember this old saying, “Winners never quit, and quitters never win.” That saying still holds true even today. Less than 30 days of effort and the average dieter quit and moves on to something else and then they wonder why they aren’t succeeding in their efforts to lose weight.

I fully agree with your thoughts that most people fail to loose fat due to impatience. They give up easily and move about trying to find the instant solution to loosing fat. Thus given a choice, quite a number of people who opt for liposuction as it is thought to provide the fastest way to rid fat off even though there is high risk associated with such operations.
